The Object Of This Contract Is The Service Of Collection, Reception, Maintenance, Veterinary Assistance, Coordination Of The Feline Colonies And Management Of The Center For The Reception Of Companion Animals Of The Pla De L'Estany County Council. This Management Is Specified With The Capture/Collection Tasks; The Accommodation, Care And Health Care Of The Animals, Until They Are Recovered, Adopted, Dead Or, Where Appropriate, Sacrificed According To Current Regulations. The Subject Of This Contract Is The Provision Of The Following Services: - Collection Service For Lost And Abandoned Pets, From Confiscations By The Security Forces, Court Orders And The Town Councils Of The Pla De L'Estany Region. - Custody, Maintenance And Health Care Service For The Animals That Are Part Of The Zoological Center Of The Pla De L'Estany Regional Council Until They Are Returned To The Owner, Adopted, Sacrificed Or Died. - Collaboration In Management And Campaigns To Promote Animal Adoption And Raise Awareness Of Responsible Ownership. - Capture, Sterilization And Return Service Of Animals From Feline Colonies. - Pet Re-Education Services And Preparation For Their Adoption. - Document Management Derived From These Actions, Including The Center'S Record Book.
